About me
Hello friends! I am a coach with extensive experience, who trains athletes in triathlon, running, and cycling.
I have dedicated myself to the development of endurance sports for the past 13 years. Sport for me is not just about training the body, but a way of life. I believe that sport is for everyone and anyone can achieve results, it's important to properly assess personal abilities at any given stage and strive for improvements.
My training programs are based moustly on the Norwegian methodology as I gained knowledge and experience as both an athlete and coach while living in Norway.
Every year, technology becomes more advanced and now we have opportunities to monitor the training process and understand what happens to the body during specific workouts.
I always stay up-to-date and follow the latest research in order to provide my athlete hight quality support. There are no limits for me, only the desire time, and a knowledgeable approach for a training.
I am a coach with great motivation and am ready to share it with you!
About training
Everything is developing, and this also applies to the possibilities of monitoring the training process.
ONLINE training is very easy. The workout description comes directly to your phone or computer, and you can complete it at a time that is convenient for you.
I will recieve data to analyze workout once it is completed.
I use Training Peaks platform, as well as communication tools and video analysis in my work.

Analysis: the platform provides tools to analyze training results, which allows the coach and athlete to better understand the training process, identify issues, and adjust plans to achieve better results.
Adaptability: Training Peaks allows to create individual training plans that adapt to the fitness level, goals, and training schedule of each specific person.
